The reason the AB 540 is challenged is because they are arguing that it grants Undocumented students benefits that is not granted to U.S. Citizens/Residents. Since the Bill applies to anyone regardless of citizenship, I hope that the courts will see this and will uphold AB 540. Continue to fight! We will win!!!
